Allow Commissioners to change a pick at any time in the week and recalculate scores

There is a bug with reviving an entry because commissioner wants to change the pick for the current week (or set the pick for a non-pick). This feature will fix that.

Packers Lost Week 5, but people who had them are still in my pool. Now im wondering if this has happened before. Can I get a list of remaining teams and their picks from each week?
